• Description:
• The subject of the contract is to ensure the implementation of educational activities in the areas of soft and managerial skills, in the area of ​​accounting, economic and legal courses in the maximum range of 11,520 person-hours of teaching.in the training premises of the contracting authority's members (District Chamber of Commerce in Jablonec nad Nisou), or, upon agreement, rented premises provided by the supplier. In the event that the courses are held outside the premises of OHK members in Jablonec nad Nisou, these premises will be provided by the supplier.in the form of tailor-made courses. The bid price includes all the costs of the participant in the selection process (hereinafter referred to as the "participant") associated with securing the subject of performance, in particular the lecturer's remuneration, lecturer's travel, lecturer's meals and lecturer's accommodation, training aids, materials, etc. Included in the offerthe price does not include refreshments for the trained persons.
  The contracting authority requires the fulfillment of the following conditions:
  - The supplier will provide the training participants with the necessary number of teaching and support materials for each course.
  - Given that the individual courses will take place according to the client's current needs, it is necessary to deliverthe controller was able to implement a specific course within 14 days from the delivery of the client's request. The client announces the request for the implementation of the given course by order by email 14 days before the actual implementation, specifying: Place of implementation, dates of implementation, topic of the given course, number of participants, or mores specification and requirements.
  - For the courses, the number of teaching hours specified for the individual courses will be observed.
  - Part of the fulfillment is the issuance of a certificate of successful completion of the course.
  - Teaching hours are meant to last 60 minutes. for all planned courses.
  - The training day is meant to be 8 hours of training, excluding prestauctions. The participant will propose breaks above the above-mentioned range, in min. number of 2, including a lunch break for each given course before the actual implementation.
  - The maximum number of people in the group for tailor-made courses is 12, the minimum is 5 people.
  - The fulfillment of this public order must be ensured by a sufficient numberem qualified and specialized persons, while the supplier is always obliged to ensure that the activity requiring a certain qualification or specialization is always carried out by such natural persons who have the qualification or specialization. The client is entitled to verify the fact on the spot and deliverin such a case, the provider is obliged to provide effective cooperation.
  - The participant is bound by the entire content of his offer for the entire duration of the tender period.
