Description: The subject and purpose of the sectoral public procurement is to protect against OPC, while the OPC is considered a state in which it occurs within the electrical power failure to loss of one or two phases and subsequent destruction of asynchronous electric motors and other three-phase appliances. The subject of the sectoral public contract is the processing part processing and subsequent implementation in the form of a complete delivery of "turnkey", which includes disassembly of existing equipment, delivery and installation of new automatics and terminals, parameterization and adjustment of existing equipment, including the implementation of the relevant technical inspections, tests and tests and into operation. Part of the Course of Sectoral Public Procurement is also the implementation of all induced and other related adjustments on the equipment, structures and systems concerned.
