- The subject of the public contract is the modernization of the existing HVAC and TOSO equipment consisting in the implementation of all deliveries, works and services, including the execution of required modifications, the processing of all documentation, in the form of a "turnkey" delivery, in accordance with the requirements, conditions, specifications and other data andinformation contained or mentioned in this Tender documentation. In the SKŘ part, it concerns the modernization of outdated equipment, the construction of communication infrastructure and the implementation of centralization of monitoring and control for service personnel. The provision of a license is also part of the Work. In the electrical part they will be forcarried out modifications for the control of the actuators to the control type diagrams between the electro and SKŘ. Furthermore, the securing of power outlets and signaling circuits will be adjusted. In the mechanical part, this mainly concerns the replacement of tube heat exchangers with plate heat exchangers and the replacement of circulation pumps with VZT and TOSO.
