Description of the contract: before the fulfillment of public orders in the DNS will be supposed to be determined to be carried out by laboratory operations and office spaces of the contracting authority to the extent and in accordance with the assignment and individuals to submit offices in DNS according to ยง 141. The part of the delivery will also be transported to the location, balne, assembly and installation in the place of fulfillment, increased, insurance, customs and tax fees. The contracting authority will be issued in the DNS rankings according to its operational needs in the in advance of neurcence and irregular intervals. DNS is not divided into the category pursuant to Section 138 (1) of the State. Specific technical requirements and parameters for the pre -implementation of public banks, business and payment conditions, requirements of the contracting authority for the terminal and a place of fully fulfilling the public orders that will be entered in the DNS rank, the contracting authority will always specify in the offer to submit.
