Dynamic purchasing system - Securing ICT professional roles for the needs of the Department of the Ministry of Agriculture
Description of the order: The subject of public contracts awarded in the DNS Securing ICT professional roles will be the provision of professional capacities in the field of information and communication technologies, including flexible and sufficienthigh-quality professional support in the management of existing ICT systems and the construction of new ICT systems in a situation where the internal capacities of the Department of the Ministry of Interior will not be sufficient for these purposes. Within the scope of the performance, the Central Contracting Authority may request the following services a) support during acceptance testing of the developmentand repair packages before their deployment on the production environment, including the creation of the test scenarios themselves, b) professional support in formulating requirements for change management, c) assessing the compliance of the functionality of the development or repair package with the entry of a change request or repair request anddy, d) preparation of opinions on the concrete method of implementation of requirements into functionality, e) professional support during negotiations with the supplier of development or repair packages, f) preparation and creation of expert/expert opinions for prepared public contracts in the field of ICT for IS within the framework of the MZE department,g) other activities according to the needs of the Central Contracting Authority and authorized contracting authorities.
