Description of the order: The contracting authority assumes the awarding of public orders in the dynamic purchasing system at predetermined irregular intervals depending, in particular, on the operational needs of individual parts of the contracting authority. Also the volumes of individual public fundsorders entered in the dynamic purchasing system, the contracting authority assumes from units to tens of units in a specific public order. The subject of the performance of the public contract will be specified at the specific place of performance (workplace) if possible by the contracting authority. According to § 100 paragraph 1 of the Act, the contracting authority reserves the rightnot realize the expected amount of demand fulfillment. From such a decision of the contracting authority, the supplier does not have the right to honor any rewards, contractual fines or compensation for damages, unless otherwise stipulated in the procurement conditions.1.2022 21115
