- The subject of DNS and subsequently awarded public procurement within the established dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter also "DNS") will be commonly, generally available supplies of wood and raw wood, intended especially for further processing or production of wood assortments carried out by the contracting authority.
Subject of performance of individual Public contracts awarded in the established DNS are in the specification of the subject of performance (Annex 4 of the tender documentation) and will be specified in the relevant call for bids to individual public contracts awarded in DNS. The contracting authority may specify the subject of performance (Annex no. 4 Documentation of the tendering procedure) to modify and specify the individual public procurement awarded in DNS under the tender conditions.
