Description: The subject of the fulfillment of public contracts awarded in DNS will be supplies of furniture for laboratory operations and office space of the contracting authority to the extent and in accordance with the tender conditions and individual challenges for submission of offers in DNS pursuant to Section 141 of the Act. The delivery will also include transport to the destination, packing, assembly and installation at the place of performance, return, insurance, customs and tax fees.
The contracting authority will award the contracting authority under DNS according to its operational needs at pre -independent and irregular intervals.
DNS is not divided into categories pursuant to Section 138 (1) of the Act.
Specific technical requirements and parameters for the subject of public contracts, commercial and payment conditions, the contracting authority's requirements for the deadline and place of performance for public contracts that will be awarded within DNS will always specify the contracting authority under the call for bids.
