Description: The subject of this tender is to introduce a dynamic purchasing system for project work and engineering (hereinafter referred to as "DNS") pursuant to Section 139 et seq. the law. DNS will be introduced for 2 years. The contracting entity assumes public procurement in DNS in predetermined irregular intervals according to the operational needs of the contracting authority.
The subject of public procurement entered in DNS will be the processing of project documentation for investment agents in the degree of DSP / DOS and PDPS and engineering activities associated with it. Fulfillment conditions, including business and contract terms, will always be specified in detail in the call for tenders within the meaning of Section 141 of the Act.
