- The reason for the implementation of the procurement procedure is the need to ensure the supply of various types and types of vehicles for smaller contracting authorities of the Ministry of the Interior, such as archives, schools, the Housing Administration, the Printing Office of the Ministry of the Interior and other commissioning authorities who have different and different requirements for technical parameters vehicles than those contested in most framework agreements. As part of the established DNS, not only these authorizing contractors will be able to technically specify vehicles according to their needs.
Part of the subject of performance may also include requirements for warranty and post-warranty repairs for requested vehicles, which will eventually be determined always in a specific challenge entered on the basis of the established DNS.
The subject of deliveries of specific partial public contracts awarded in the established DNS must be exclusively new vehicles (newly manufactured vehicles).
