• Description:
• The subject of the DNS is the physical supply of electricity to the Customer's take-off points and individual authorizing customers in the regime of the contract on combined electricity supply services with the transfer of responsibility for the deviation in the sense of Section 50 of the Energy Act and Decree No. 408/2015 Coll., on the Electricity Market Rules, as amended, and other implementing decrees to the Energy Act. Part of the subject of performance will also be the purchase of electricity coming from electricity production plants from renewable energy sources, it can be e.g. photovoltaic power plants, cogeneration units and others. The subject of DNS, or individual challenges, is also the provision of regulated access to the transmission system and distribution systems and the provision of system services. DNS is in accordance with § 139 paragraph 4 letter b) ZZVZ divided into the three categories listed below: a.Category No. 1: Supply of electricity - low voltage b. Category No. 2: Supply of electricity - high voltage c. Category No. 3: Supply and purchase of electricity - consumption points with installed production electricity from RES Subject the fulfillment of individual public contracts will always be defined in a partial call for tenders in the sense of § 141 paragraph 1 ZZVZ.
