- The subject of fulfillment of (partial) public contracts entered in DNS will be the acquisition of technologies, software resources, products and services of the manufacturer Cisco Systems, Inc., 170 West Tasman Dr. San Jose, CA 95134 USA ("Cisco Systems").
This is about securing the acquisition of technologies and services from Cisco Systems possibly supplementing existing technologies and services of the controlling contracting authority from Cisco Systems, exclusively in cases where it is not possible to request technologies and services from a manufacturer other than Cisco Systems, in particular to ensure the compatibility, security and homogeneity of the controlling client's communication network the client and the protection of already realized investments, in situations where, if devices other than Cisco Systems were delivered, the functionality and security integrity of the entire solution would not be ensured.
The contracting authority will request within the framework of individual calls for submission of bids within the framework of partial public contracts implemented through DNS (partial public procurement) delivery to the place of fulfillment (including transport) of Cisco Systems technologies, i.e. HW and SW components incl. their accessories, provision of SW licenses or product subscriptions, information necessary for their use, possibly HW maintenance and/or SW maintenance and/or subscriptions. HW maintenance and/or SW maintenance and/or subscriptions must be provided within the Cisco Systems service program.
