Description:
The subject of partial public contracts awarded in the dynamic purchasing system are the supply of powdered activated carbon for the lagoon water treatment plant in the "Laguna OSTRAMO" area. The awarding of partial public contracts will take place depending on operational needs the contracting authority at irregular intervals determined in advance, with the expected interval being approximately 2-3 months. Based on operational experience, technology fouling occurs when coal-based activated carbon is used lagoon water treatment plants, especially for clogging pipeline routes and high-pressure pumps, the contracting authority requires that the activated carbon offered in partial public contracts awarded in the established dynamic purchasing system be made of wood. This request represents a technical condition in the sense of § 36 paragraph 1 of the Act and has an impact on the proof of technical qualification according to § 79 paragraph 2 letter k) of the Act. mentioned in chap. 8.3 of the tender conditions. The change in the tender conditions will be applied exclusively to partial public contracts entered after this change is published on the submitter's profile.
