Description:
The subject of the performance of the Public Order is the purchase of servers with Power processors. The contracting authority requires delivery to the place of performance (including transport) of individual types within the framework of individual calls for tenders implemented through DNS (partial public procurement) server technologies (HW and SW components), including their accessories, SW licenses, documents necessary for their use, possibly including HW maintenance and/or SW maintenance, if maintenance is required for a specific partial public contract. The contractor can also request the assembly and installation of server technologies as part of partial public contracts. The provision of HW maintenance and/or SW maintenance must be provided within the service program of the server technology manufacturer. Detailed description of the subject of performance s the required technical specification, including the length of provision of HW/SW maintenance, will always be stated in individual calls for tenders within DNS (partial public contracts) together with the requirements listed in Annex No. 6 of the ZZVZ Dynamic purchasing system - purchase of servers with Power processors the purpose of the Public Order is the purchase of servers with Power processors.
