Description:
The subject of the performance of the public order is the procurement of network and security infrastructure technologies, including related technological solutions from the manufacturer Cisco Systems, Inc., 170 West Tasman Dr. San Jose, CA 95134 USA (the "Manufacturer"). This is collateral acquisition or addition of existing technologies of the Client from the Manufacturer. The contracting authority requires delivery to the place of performance within the framework of individual calls for tenders in the framework of partial public procurements implemented through DNS (partial public procurements) (including transport) Manufacturer's technology, i.e. HW and SW components incl. their accessories, SW licenses or product subscriptions, information necessary for their use, or HW maintenance and/or SW maintenance and/or subscriptions. HW maintenance and/or SW maintenance and/or subscription must be provided within the Manufacturer's service program.
