Description:
The subject of the Public Order is the purchase of load balancing technologies (ADC - Application delivery controller) implemented on the technologies of the manufacturer F5 Networks, Inc., 801 5th Ave, Seattle, WA 98104 (hereinafter referred to as the "Manufacturer"). The contracting authority requires within individual calls for tenders implemented through DNS (partial public procurement) delivery to the place of fulfillment (including transport) of individual F5 technologies (HW and SW components), including their accessories, SW licenses, product subscriptions, documents necessary for their use, possibly including HW maintenance and/or SW maintenance and/or subscriptions, if maintenance is required for a specific partial public order. HW maintenance and/or SW maintenance and/or subscription must be provided as part of the service program Manufacturer. A similar description of the subject of performance with the required technical specification, including the duration of providing HW/SW maintenance, will always be given in individual calls for tenders within the framework of partial public contracts implemented through the established DNS.
