- The contracting authority implements a dynamic purchasing system ("DNS") to ensure cleaning services for Domov Harmony, Social Services Center according to § 138 et seq. Act No. 134/2016 Coll. (ZZVZ).
Based on the submitted application for participation, a specific public contract is not entered in the DNS.
After assessing the applications for participation, DNS will be introduced. Suppliers who meet the tender conditions will be included in the DNS.
The subject of performance, technical conditions, evaluation criteria, time of provision, responsible public procurement, commercial and payment conditions of specific public contracts entered into in the DNS will always be specified and specified in Call(s) for submitting an offer according to § 141 ZZVZ, which will be continuously sent to suppliers included in the DNS. The duration of the DNS is for an indefinite period or until the limit of CZK 150,000,000.00 excluding VAT is used up. DNS has no categories. Contracts for the provision of services will be concluded with selected suppliers, as appropriate other types of contracts according to specific Calls for Tenders.
