- The purpose of the procurement procedure is to introduce DNS.
The subject of the performance of public contracts awarded in the established DNS is
a) provision of technical support services within the framework of the "Oracle Software Technical Support" program;
b) provision of technical support services within the framework of the "Oracle Hardware and Systems Support" program ";
c)posksproviding Oracle Engineered Systems-type products;
d) providing new licenses to Oracle software resources in the form of "Cloud Subscription",
according to the current needs of the central contracting authority and individual Authorizing Contracting Parties, according to the CPV codes listed in the procurement documentation at the place of performance.
Specifici the subject of public contracts awarded in DNS and its technical conditions will always be defined in detail in individual calls for tenders according to § 141 ZZVZ.
