Description: Type of public procurement awarded in the DNS: public service contract.
The subject of public procurement awarded in the DNS will be the processing of project documentation, in stages according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., On construction documentation, as amended and according to Act No. 183/2006 Coll., On spatial planning and construction Rules (Building Act), as amended, or author's supervision, in the implementation of investment projects in the field of technological equipment of buildings to the extent and in accordance with the tender conditions and individual invitations to submit bids in the DNS pursuant to § 141 of the Act. Some public contracts will be financed by the European Union.
The exact specification of the content of the project documentation, including information on funding from the European Union, will be part of each call.
