- The subject of DNS, or subsequently awarded public contracts within the established DNS will include services related to the maintenance of green areas, cleaning services and the repair of recreational facilities in places managed by the contracting authority, especially recreational areas adjacent to the Brno Reservoir and other more closely defined places in paragraph 4.1 of the procurement documentation.
According to Section 138, paragraph 1, the contracting authority divided the DNS into two categories:
Category 1 Maintenance of recreational areas
Category 2 Cleaning services
The subject of this DNS category and subsequently awarded public contracts within the established DNS in this category (Category 1 Maintenance of recreational areas) is the provision of services consisting in the maintenance of recreational areas, including, in particular, mowing of grass, trimming of bushes and trees, maintenance of footpaths and recreational equipment, including minor repairs, in places specified by the contracting authority.
Subject of performance of individual public contracts awarded in within the framework of the established DNS, it will be specified in more detail in the terms of entry, business and payment terms or in the specification of the subject of performance of individual sub-public contracts awarded in the relevant DNS category. The contracting authority determines the general details for public contracts awarded in this category v General performance specifications (Appendix No. 3A of the procurement procedure documentation for the introduction of DNS). The general performance specification can be modified by the contracting authority within the terms and conditions of the individual public contract entered in the DNS.
