Description:
The subject of public contracts awarded in DNS will be the supply of computing and communication technology, accessories and relevant software to the Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion, divided in detail into categories. Example of an overview of the subject of performance of public contracts awarded in DNS is listed in Appendix No. 3 ZD. The subject of the performance of public contracts awarded in DNS and its technical conditions will always be defined specifically and in detail in individual calls for tenders pursuant to Section 141 of the Act. DNS is divided into 5 categories. For the sake of completeness, the contracting authority clarifies that it reserves the right, within the framework of partial public contracts awarded in individual categories, to require the submission of product sheets and certificates for the purpose of assessing compliance with the specified technical conditions products, e.g.: catalog/data sheet with description of properties, photographs, instructions for use in Czech, declaration of conformity, in valid version, in Czech. The subject of the performance of public contracts entered in the DNS and the detailed specification will always be specific and defined in detail in individual calls for tenders pursuant to § 141 ZZVZ. The contracting authority assumes the awarding of public contracts in the DNS at predetermined irregular intervals depending on its operational needs. Volumes of individual public contracts entered in DNS are also dependent on the operational needs of the contracting authority and their number can be from units to hundreds of units in a specific public contract.
