- The contracting authority envisages the awarding of public contracts in a dynamic purchasing system in predetermined irregular intervals depending mainly on the operational needs of individual components of the contracting authority. Also, the volumes of individual public contracts entered in the dynamic purchasing system by the contracting authoritydelays from units to dozens of units in a specific public contract.
The subject of the performance of the public contract will be specified for a specific place of performance (workplace) according to the possibilities of the contracting authority. Pursuant to Section 100, Paragraph 1 of the Act, the contracting authority reserves the right not to implement the entire expected amount of requested performance. OFsuch a decision by the contracting authority does not entitle the supplier to charge any remuneration, contractual fines or compensation for damages, unless otherwise stipulated in the procurement conditions.
