- Through this procurement procedure, the contracting authority introduces a dynamic purchasing system according to § 138 et seq. ZZVZ (hereinafter referred to as "DNS"). DNS will be in place for 5 years. The contracting authority envisages the awarding of public contracts in DNS at predetermined irregular intervals depending mainly on the operational needs of theavatele.
A similar description of the subject of performance with the required technical specification, including the duration of providing HW/SW maintenance, will always be given in individual calls for tenders within DNS (partial public contracts).
The subject of performance of the public contract is the purchase of SAN fiber channel switches, which are nactively fully compatible with existing Brocade SAN fiber channel switches, manufactured by Broadcom. The contracting authority requires devices of generation 7 or newer, including support for up to 8 years.orders) delivery to the place of fulfillment (including transport) of individual types of fiber channel switches and technologies (HW and SW components), including their accessories, SW licenses, documents necessary for their use, possibly including HW maintenance and/or SW maintenance, if maintenance for specific partial verone order required. HW maintenance and/or SW maintenance must be provided within the service program of the manufacturer of the supplied technologies.
