Description:
The subject of the procurement procedure is the introduction of DNS. The purpose of fulfilling the DNS and subsequently awarded public contracts within the DNS will be the provision of short-term replacement bus transport in the territory of the Statutory City of Ostrava and in adjacent municipalities. The supplier will be on the basis of individual partial public contracts to operate extraordinary contractual passenger transport for the benefit of the client, on agreed routes (lines) to the extent and under the conditions specified in the Business Terms and Conditions. Specific requirements for the subject of performance, the period of performance and other requirements according to Article II, paragraph 4 of the Business Terms and Conditions are determined by sub-calls to submit bids.
