- Through this procurement procedure, the contracting authority introduces a dynamic purchasing system according to § 138 et seq. ZZVZ (hereinafter referred to as "DNS"). DNS will be in place for 5 years. The contracting authority envisages the awarding of public contracts in DNS at predetermined irregular intervals depending mainly on the operational needs of theavatel
A similar description of the subject of performance with the required technical specification, including the duration of providing HW/SW maintenance, will always be given in individual calls for tenders within DNS (partial public procurement).
The subject of public procurement is the purchase of x86 server technologiespart of the dynamic purchasing system.
The contracting authority requires, as part of individual calls for tenders implemented through DNS (partial public procurement), delivery to the place of fulfillment (including transport) of individual types of server technologies (HW and SW components), including their accessories, SWlicenses, documents necessary for their use, possibly including HW maintenance and/or SW maintenance, if maintenance is required for a specific partial public contract.
The provision of HW maintenance and/or SW maintenance must be provided within the service program of the server technology manufacturer.
