- Description :
- The subject of the fulfillment of the DNS and subsequently awarded public contracts within the framework of the DNS will be the provision of geodetic services according to the current needs of the contracting authority. Specifically, the following services will be involved:
1)Preparation of geometric plans (hereinafter referred to as "GP"):
-for surveying land structures (e.g. garages, small farmseb., family houses, cottages, etc.),
-for surveying extensive civic amenities and functional units, (sports areas (etc.),
-dividing, consolidating land, changing the land boundary,
-defining the scope of the easement to part of the land ,
-correction of the geometric and positional determination of the real estate.
2) Laying outownership boundaries of land:
-marking and orientation of breaking points of ownership boundaries of land, permanent and temporary marking of boundaries, preparation of a record of detailed measurement of changes,
-marking of breaking points of ownership boundaries in the manner established by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre (cadastral youannouncement), as amended, and in accordance with Act No. 256/2013 Coll., on the Real Estate Cadastre (Cadastral Act), as amended, in particular according to ยง 12, paragraph 2 of the aforementioned Act. the boundaries of the owners of the affected land and their neighbors shall be established by legal regulationsin a new form, including documentation and handing over the documentation established by law to the relevant cadastral office,
-inviting the owners of the affected land to hand over the boundaries.
3)Other services:
-making identification, comparative compilation and tracing of documents for the affected land,
