- • Through this procurement procedure, the contracting authority introduces a dynamic purchasing system according to § 138 et seq. of the Act (hereinafter referred to as "DNS" or "dynamic purchasing system") for the supply of paper hygiene supplies. A dynamic purchasing system means a fully electronic open system for awarding public contractstasks, the subject of which is the procurement of ordinary, generally available goods, while the procedure is time-limited and open to all suppliers who meet the tender conditions and submit a request for participation (hereinafter also "Application" or "Request for participation"). Applications must be submitted to each group (category) separately.
•DNS is rdivided into 2 categories (groups), for more details, see Appendix No. 5 of the tender conditions (hereinafter also "ZP"):
Group (category) 1. - Toilet paper
Group (category) 2. - Paper and cosmetic napkins
•If there is no determined otherwise, the terms and conditions apply for each category.
•Subject to fulfillment of individual faithsof other orders (VZ) in the established DNS will be the items listed in Annex No. 5 of the tender conditions incl. their specifications.
•The items listed in Appendix No. 5 of the ZP will form groups No. 1 and 2. Each group will be evaluated separately within the framework of individual public contracts in the established DNS. Bids can be submitted in one,or all groups.
•If, during the validity of the DNS, the contracting authority needs to request a different type of goods than that listed in Annex No. 5 of the ZP and corresponds to the CPV codes of the relevant DNS category, it will contact the suppliers included in the relevant DNS category to submit samples.
