• Description:
• The subject of the performance is the processing of project documentation for the change of construction plan before completion (hereinafter referred to as "ZSPD") of the building of the court building, which will be part of the revitalization of the sports complex "Dukla sports" in Pardubice with the aim of carrying out layout and construction technical optimization in connection with the design of a new multi-functional hall and the construction of directly connected buildings in the area, including the provision of engineering work, author supervision during construction and other related actions and activities. Furthermore, the subject is the development of a design manual for the object of the multifunctional hall and the object of the hall with the aim of more closely specifying the layout and material base for possible implementation in the form of design and build.
  The subject of the performance of the public contract is the processing of complete project documentation for the change of the construction plan before completion, including the provision of engineering activities and the preparation of the design manual, in the following scope:
  a) project documentation for changing the construction plan prior to completion within the scope of the applicable legislation in the current version, including its discussion and obtaining all permits, decisions and authorizations for construction implementation;
  b) ensuring a complete discussion of the proposal/documentation with everyone concerned public administration bodies and organizations, including their consents;
  c) preparing a request for the issuance of a decision to change the construction plan before completion;
  d) the documentation will be processed by an authorized authorized person in accordance with Act No. 360/1992 Coll., as amended.
