TITLE: Delivery of digital display devices for outdoor use

Description: The subject of this public contract is the supply of outdoor digital imaging devices to the City-Light showcase (hereinafter referred to as the "imaging device") to selected stop shelters of public transport (hereinafter referred to as "public transport"). The contracting authority states that the deliveries in question will not include the installation of imaging devices. The purpose of this tendering procedure is to conclude a framework agreement with one supplier pursuant to Section 131 of the ZZVZ, on the basis of which the contracting authority will call on the selected supplier for partial performance, delivery of a specific number of imaging devices.
A detailed description of the subject of performance and other performance parameters are given in the binding design of the Framework Agreement, which consists of Annex 3 of this tender documentation (hereinafter referred to as the “Frame Agreement”) and at the same time in Annex 2 of this tender documentation (hereinafter referred to as “technical specifications” ).
