- The contracting authority shall award this sub -threshold public contract for services in connection with the performance of relevant activities within the meaning of § 153 para. f) of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on Public Procurement, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "ZZVZ"). In accordance with Section 151 (1) of the Public Procurement sectoral public contract. Since the estimated value of the public contract does not reach the set financial limit, the contracting authority pursuant to Section 158 (1) of the Public Procurement Act is not obliged to award the sectoral contract in question in the tendering procedure. The contracting authority therefore does not enter this public contract in the tendering procedure according to the ZZVZ. The public contract is awarded according to the requirements and conditions laid down by the SM53 Directive of the Public Procurement Directive, which is the internal regulation of the contracting authority and regulates the procedures for the application of the ZVZ in the conditions of the Railway Administration, the State Organization. The subject of the VZ is to elaborate the project of the project (ZP) Construction "DOD Brno - Česka Třebova" according to the tender conditions including discussions according to OP. Part of the subject of performance is the processing of the evaluation of economic efficiency of the railway building in accordance with the applicable rules of preparation and implementation of transport infrastructure events financed by the State Fund of Transport Infrastructure approved by the Minister of Transport on 28. 8. 2024 with effect on 1. 9. Effectiveness of transport constructions approved by the Central Commission of the Ministry of Transport on 8. 8. 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the "Methodology").
