• Description:
• The subject of the performance of the public order is: - preparation of project documentation for planning permission incl. preparation and submission of an application for planning permission to the building authority and securing all necessary binding opinions/statements/consents of the authorities concerned, including preparation of additional surveys (hereinafter also "PDPZ") in the sense of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, as amended (hereinafter only "StZ"); part of the project documentation will include, among other things, the provision of a detailed engineering-geological survey and provision of hydro-geological survey; (hereinafter also referred to as "1st partial fulfillment - PDPZ") - a part of the prepared PDPZ will be documentation of the negotiations with the state administration authorities, opinions, consents, or decisions of the concerned state administration authorities prescribed by special legal regulations and incorporation of comments and decisions into PDPZ (hereinafter referred to as "Engineering activity"); (hereinafter also referred to as "2nd partial performance - Engineering activity") - preparation of project documentation for construction implementation incl. a list of works, supplies and services, including a report measurement (hereinafter referred to as "PDPS") so that this documentation is also eligible to be part of the tender documentation for a public contract for construction works, i.e. to be processed in accordance with generally binding legal regulations (including taking into account the prohibition to state specific products and/or manufacturers in the PDPS, if the conditions according to § 89 paragraph 5 or paragraph 6 of the ZZVZ) regulating the awarding of public contracts are not met for this on the date of handing over the processed PDPS; (hereinafter also referred to as "3rd partial fulfillment - PDPS") - provision of cooperation of the supplier to the contracting authority when awarding a public contract for im...
