- The subject of the performance of this public order is the design of a set of town houses with the residential function of affordable housing on municipal land in the area of Papírové náměstí, the development of project documentation and the performance of engineering activities in accordance with standard requirements, requirements concerned authorities and the contracting authority (customer) within the project "Městské Bydléní Papírák 2030". The order is divided into parts. The subject of performance of this part of the public contract is part A. Other parts B, C will be processed by other contractors, see chapter 10 ZD. IN coordination of contractors of parts A, B, C is necessary as part of the solution of proposals and projects. Furthermore, the proposal for temporary parking is part of the performance. Documentation of the design of a set of houses with the function of urban housing on Papírové náměstí in Liberec - part A Subject of fulfillment of this public the contract is the design of a set of town houses with the residential function of affordable housing on municipal land in the area of Papírové náměstí, the development of project documentation and the performance of engineering activities in accordance with standard requirements, the requirements of the relevant authorities and the client (customer) as part of the "Urban Housing Papírák 2030" project.
