Description:
The subject of the performance of this public contract is the design of a set of town houses with the residential function of affordable housing on municipal land in the area of Papirove naměsti, the development of project documentation and the performance of engineering activities in accordance with standard requirements, the requirements of the relevant authorities and the contracting authority (customer). as part of the project "Urban Housing Papirak 2030". Furthermore, the subject of this public contract is the design of adjacent roads and public spaces around apartment buildings, including courtyards and playgrounds. Due to the recent implementation of some roads, new road constructions will only be designed where where they are not now. Only necessary adjustments will be made to existing roads - e.g. completion of technical infrastructure connections and distributions. The subject of performance of this part of the public contract is part B.
Furthermore, part of the solution includes a proposal for temporary parking for the planned houses near Linserka on the plots between the streets Široka and Orli.
