Description:
The subject of the performance of this public contract is the design of a set of town houses with a residential function of affordable housing on municipal land in the area of Papirove naměsti, including the design of inner blocks, the development of project documentation and the performance of engineering activities in accordance with standard requirements and the requirements of the relevant authorities and the contractor (customer) within the project "Urban Housing Papirak 2030". The order is divided into parts. The subject of the performance of this part of the public contract is part C. The design of the parking garage is also part of the solution.
