- The subject of this public contract is the establishment and operation of DNS for the purpose of continuous acquisition of:
The subject of partial fulfillment of public contracts entered in DNS will be license keys/accesses, provision of maintenance and/or subscriptions within the official service programs of the relevant manufacturers according to inclusion in the relevant category.
DNS is divided into the following four categories viz
-Category 1 - Enterprise Architect Ultimate + For Cloud Server (Sparx Systems)
- Category 2 - Test management - Tests (Mategra)
-Category 3 - Atlassian Cloud Jira Service Management Premium, Confluence Premium and Atlassian Guard
-Category 4 ArchiREPO Enterprise Architecture Repository
Delivery of new perpetual licenses and/or renewal maintenance, including support for the agreed period of the manufacturer Sparx Systems Pty Ltd, with registered office at 99 Albert Street, Creswick, Victoria 3363, Australia. (postal address: PO Box 12, Creswick, VIC 3363).
Provision of a subscription (e.g. editor/viewer role) including support for the duration of the manufacturer/provider subscription ArchiRepoGroup (the product is provided through local partners listed by the manufacturer).
Provision of a subscription for the agreed number of users including support for the duration of the subscription by the manufacturer Atlassian Pty Ltd, with registered office at Level 6, 341 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia.
