- The subject of this procurement procedure is the introduction of a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as "DNS") with the name "DNS - Supply of fuel to Bencalor 2026".
The contracting authority's goal is to have a range of suppliers who will be able to fulfill the subject of partial public procurement in response to its current needs (hereinafter referred to as "mini-tenders"), during the duration of the DNS. Through the mini-tenders in the DNS, the contracting authority intends to ensure a long-term stable fuel level in the bencalor in the center of Liberec.
The contracting authority defines the subject of the mini-tenders that will be entered in the DNS as follows: The subject of performance is delivery of fuel (motor and Arctic diesel) to tanks located within the contracting authority's premises at its headquarters. For the sake of completeness, the contracting authority states that the contracting authority has two tanks with a volume of 50,000 liters each in the given location, which the selected supplier will be obliged to take into account in the form of delivery of fuel to the tanks the contracting authority.
During the duration of the DNS, the contracting authority expects to deliver approximately 1,600,000 liters of diesel and Arctic diesel.
From 1.12. to 28.2., the subject of deliveries of minitenders may be arctic diesel according to ČSN EN 590 with a filterability lower than -32C - in climatic conditions, according to the customer's requirements arctic or extremely cold climate.
