- The subject of the performance of the public contract is the provision of regular cleaning and cleaning work at the place of execution of the work to the extent and frequency specified in the Contract, for a fee, at the customer's own expense and with his own means. The work includes all work and deliveries connected with the execution of the agreementsof works, incl. work and deliveries caused by extraordinary, unforeseeable or emergency conditions and events, including window cleaning and local sidewalk sweeping and snow removal. The work does not include the delivery of hygiene items, namely paper towels/towels and toilet paper.
