- The subject of the public contract is the acceptance, transportation from the place of collection to the place of liquidation and disposal of dewatered sludge and other waste related to the activity of the contracting authority and permitted by the relevant regional authority (Β§ 21 et seq. of Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste), including their legislative clearance (equipment with shipping documents, etc.) according to the client's requirements.

β’Waste code 19 08 05 Sludge from cleaning municipal wastewater
It is discussed o sewage sludge, which is a product of biological wastewater treatment at wastewater treatment plants (WTP). Sewage sludge is anaerobically stabilized in the mesophilic regime in digester tanks. The sludge is further mechanically drained and deposited for subsequent removal.
β’Waste code 20 03 06 Cleaning waste sewage
These are coarse sediments, gravels, sands with a share of biological pollution from the maintenance and cleaning of sewers.
β’Waste code 19 08 01 Comb rakes
These are mechanically captured coarse impurities from wastewater pre-treatment.
Waste intended for removal and disposal is collected at the places of waste generation or at the place of temporary assembly, i.e. at Vsetin WWTP, ValaΕ‘ske MeziΕiΔi WWTP and ZubΕi WWTP.
