- The subject of the public contract is the acceptance, transportation from the place of collection to the place of liquidation and disposal of dewatered sludge and other waste related to the activity of the contracting authority and permitted by the relevant regional authority (§ 14 of Act No. 185/2001 S., on waste), including their legislative clearance (exincluding transport documents, etc.) according to the requirements of the contracting authority.
Specifically, these are waste classified into these categories
• cat. no. 19 08 05 Sludge from municipal wastewater treatment
Suitable for further use, e.g. depositing on agricultural land, or as recultivation material or for disposal. It is cleanRhine sludge, which is a product of biological wastewater treatment at wastewater treatment plants (WTP). Sewage sludge is anaerobically stabilized in the mesophilic regime in digester tanks. The sludge is then mechanically drained and deposited for subsequent removal
• cat. no. 20 03 06 Sewer cleaning wastezace
These are coarse sediments, gravels, sands with a share of biological pollution from sewage maintenance and cleaning.
