- The subject of the public contract is the acceptance, transportation from the place of collection to the place of disposal and disposal of dewatered sludge and other waste related to the activity of the contracting authority and permitted by the relevant regional authority (§ 14 of Act No. 185/2001 S., on waste), including their legislative check-in (exclincluding transport documents, etc.) according to the requirements of the client. Suitable for further use, e.g. depositing on agricultural land, or as reclamation material or for disposal. This is a cleanerfemale sludge, which is a product of biological wastewater treatment at wastewater treatment plants (WTP). Sewage sludge is anaerobically stabilized in the mesophilic regime in digester tanks. The sludge is further mechanically drained and deposited for subsequent removal
