- The subject of this small -scale public contract (hereinafter referred to as the “VZMR”) is the supply of goods, which for the purposes of this VZMR means a one -off material to secure the PPE of the employees, as well as specified in the assignment of this VZMR. The delivery of the goods will be realized by the supplier as a whole in accordance with the terms and conditions laid down in the contractual model of the draft purchase contract, which forms the annex to this call. The contracting authority does not allow variant solutions.
