Description:
The purpose of this tendering procedure is to conclude contracts for work, the subject of the implementation of the supply service for part 1 - disinfection of film coils and part 2 - digitization of film coils.
Disinfection and digitization with the most valuable part of the film funds from the collections of the Historical Museum of the National Museum using Supplier services for their revision, completion of metadata, access to researchers and safe storage of carriers in the air -conditioned depository in the central depository Terezin - 442000050.
Funds of analog films are stored in temporary quarantine due to their history in poor physical status Depositories with unstable climatic conditions. In pure depositories with optimal climatic conditions, film coils can only be deposited and preserved after their detachment, cleaning and digitization. Thus, it will be possible to make the film funds not only available, but also to ensure their optimal and stable conditions of storage.
