Description:
The subject of the public order is the creation of a complex evaluation software tool including bioinformatic processing of sequencing data, analysis of genetic variants to obtain information about an individual's genetic predisposition to drug metabolism a of addictive substances, including drug interactions, creation of a database with results and development of an application for reporting results of pharmacogenomic examination and detection of drug interactions. The subject of the public contract is the provision of IT and bioinformatics services (further "service") for the solution of the DiPha project implemented within the subsidy program "Operational Program Technology and Applications for Competitiveness" (OP TAK) of the Ministry of Industry and trade.
