- The subject of the contract is the digitization of the services of the contracting authority through the acquisition of a new information system and its modules, which will contribute to streamlining the services of the contracting authority. The subject of performance of the contract is specified in detail in the terms and conditions (Annex 3 of the documentation of the tender) and in the specification of the subject of performance (Annex 4 of the documentation of the selection procedure). The contract is not awarded in the tendering procedure pursuant to Act No. 134/2016 Coll., But according to the rules for the selection of suppliers and the procedure under the rules or the Public Procurement Act within the National Renewal Plan.
