• Description:
• The subject of the public contract (hereinafter also referred to as "the contract") is the provision of partial fulfillment - the supply of new, unused softshell jackets for members of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the "goods") according to the technical documentation, including transport to the place of fulfillment of the public contract on the basis of the concluded framework agreement (hereinafter also "RD"), which the contracting authority concludes in accordance with § 132 paragraph 3 letter b) ZZVZ with one selected supplier, for a period of 4 years from the effective date of the RD, or until the financial limit of the RD is exhausted. Estimated receipt of goods for the period RD duration: 17,000 pieces of various sizes. Signatures of the RD shall be ensured by the contracting parties exclusively with a valid electronic signature of an authorized representative.
