• Description:
• The subject of the public procurement (hereinafter also referred to as the "Purchase") is the provision of partial fulfillment - the supply of new unused softshell jackets for members of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the "goods") according to the technical documentation, including transport to the place of performance of the public procurement on the basis of a concluded framework agreement (hereinafter also "RD"), which the contracting authority concludes in accordance with § 132 paragraph 3 letter b) ZZVZ with one selected supplier, for a period of 4 years from the effective date of the RD, or until the financial limit of the RD is exhausted.
  Estimated take of goods for the duration of the RD: 17,000 pieces of various sizes.
  Signatures of RD shall be provided exclusively by the contracting parties by a valid electronic signature of an authorized representative.
