- The subject of the public contract (hereinafter also referred to as "Government") is the conclusion of framework agreements for the supply of socks (hereinafter referred to as "goods") on the basis of two separate framework agreements (hereinafter referred to as "RD"), with each of these RDs being concluded with one supplier. The public contract is divided into 2 parts in accordance with § 35 of the Act,in the following manner:
I. part Uniform socks
The subject is the supply of socks for members of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic.
II. part Socks for imprisoned persons
The subject is the supply of socks for persons in custody, serving sentences and security detention.
