• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the development of project documentation for the reconstruction of a gas boiler house in the building of the Ministry for Regional Development, at the address Staroměstske naměsti 932/6, Prague 1 (hereinafter also referred to as the "object"), up to the stage of documentation for the selection of a contractor, civil engineering, designer supervision after cethe construction period and the performance of the builder's technical supervision over the execution of the construction. The aim of the boiler room reconstruction is to completely change the technology of the gas heating source, including system control, regulation and other necessary technologies or modifications for the operation of the gas boiler room in accordance with the valid legislative, taking into account the effectiveness, safety and economy of this system. The heating source remains gas. A description of the current state is given in Appendix No. 1 of this procurement documentation.
  Part of the project documentation is in particular:
  - complete replacement of boiler room technology (boilers, chimneys, pumps, pipelines in the scope of the boiler room, water treatment plant, etc.);
  - necessary adjustments to the gas distribution system with regard to the new condition;
  - boiler room ventilation design according to TPG 90802;
  - new TV heating system;
  - new boiler room MaR system, including cascade control of boilers, regulation of heating circuits, safety functions of the boiler room including dapublic administration;
  - construction modifications required as part of the reconstruction of the boiler room and fire safety solution.
