Description:
The subject of the public contract is the development of project documentation for planning permission, the performance of engineering activities, the development of project documentation for the execution of construction and the selection of a contractor, the processing of 3D visualization and the author's supervision of the event "Parking house P+R and park Hradska, Zlin" within the scope set tender documentation, especially the terms and conditions of the contracting authority. The details of the required performance, an indicative description of the solution and the content of the documentation are determined by the business terms and conditions of the contracting authority, including their annexes (Annex No. 3 ZD).
The basis for the development of project documentation is the Architectural study, which prepared by Pavel Mudřik architects with registered office at Uzka 573, 760 01 Zlin, IČ 18157386 in September 2025 (appendix no. 4 ZD).
According to the prepared architectural study, it is a new construction of a parking building with three above-ground floors with a capacity of approx. 85 parking spaces and a sliding roof that offers additional approx. 10 parking spaces. The study also deals with the modification of the connecting road in Růmy Street and the overall situation of the space between Růmy Street and the existing spa, which includes the removal of the existing parking lot and the construction of a park including the bay of the public transport stop. The plan will be implemented mainly on park land. C. 1079/1, 1079/4, 1079/2, 3542/1, 1090/114 and 3530/20 in c.u. Zlin.
