• Description:
• The subject of the Public Contract is - the development of project documentation for planning permission aimed at the issuance of a valid planning permit and all related permits, decisions, consents and opinions necessary for the implementation of the work (hereinafter referred to as "Construction") in accordance with the conditions and requirements established by Act no. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, as amended, and its implementing regulations (all hereinafter referred to as "Building Regulations"); - the performance of engineering activities consisting in ensuring the issuance of a valid decision on the authorization of the Construction plan and all related permits, decisions, consents and opinions necessary for the implementation of the Building according to the terms of the Building Regulations; - preparation of project documentation for the implementation of the Construction, including a detailed list of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of dimensions and its valuation (control budget), and for the issuance of any other decisions, permits, consents and opinions related in content to the subject of performance; - cooperation in the preparation and implementation of the selection or procurement procedure for the implementation of the Construction; - performance of designer supervision activities in accordance with the provisions of § 161 paragraph 2 of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, as amended, or over compliance of implemented construction works with project documentation during the implementation of construction works; - provision of an exclusive license to use the results of the supplier's activities, including their physical capture.
